About Speed Bob Uses

Perhaps you write a list of all the people that you have had negative experiences with, then do this statement with each of them -
“Any and all negative emotions I have about PERSONS NAME HERE now and always”

This is the standard Bob video that you would've already done on the home page. If not then please do that one first as when completed it takes you to another page with additional info. Once you've read that page you can then do "Speed Bob" anytime.

The difference with "Speed Bob" is it loops back to this page to do another Bob when you click the "I Agree" Button. It still activates Bob to clear what you were doing Bob on. But then reloads this page to do another Bob. You can do many in quick secession without having to hit the "back" button.

Only 4 Easy Steps:
Step 1: Name the statement you want to Bob
Step 2: Play and watch the video.
Step 3: Click the "I Agree" button when instructed to.
Step 4: The page will reload ready to do the next statement on your list
