Bad Feelings Are Your Choice
If you feel that negative emotions are triggered by other peoples action and words then you need to read this here.
Now I know it feels like it's the other persons fault, but they are simply mirroring what you have buried deep in your subconscious from past events.
The practice I started doing, mind you I could only do this once I'd cleared a big chunk of past stuff with many, many Bobs.
Now when I feel a negative emotion, "caused" (lie) by another person I ask myself "Why am I choosing to feel this?"
instead of "why are they doing/saying this to me?"
One's the statement of a victim, one's the statement of someone becoming self empowered. Can you tell which is which?
The more Bobs you do on the past the less dramas that show up in the present. The easier it becomes to catch that negative response your having and ask "Why am I choosing to feel this way?"
And the obvious answer is "no, I'm not going to choose that", why would I, when I can choose a happy thought. And if your used to using the Bob self treatment you can go one step further and say "any and all negative emotion that I have that was just triggered in me" and do the 2 second self Bob.
It a simple equation, the more Bobs done the less triggers you have and the more choice you have over how you feel.
